Mrs X complained that the Council did not respond to her complaint regarding the installation of a cricket cage next to her home.
The Ombudsman decided that the Council should provide Mrs X with a written response to her complaint by 8 July, and an apology for the delay in responding.
The Ombudsman considered this to be an appropriate resolution to the complaint instead of conducting an investigation.
