Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board
Mrs C complained that Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (“the Health Board”) had failed to respond to a complaint submitted to it in October 2022 about her GP Surgery.
The Ombudsman found that the Health Board had failed to issue a written response to Mrs C in accordance with the National Health Service (Concerns, Complaints and Redress Arrangements) (Wales) Regulations 2011.
The Ombudsman sought and gained the Health Board’s agreement to issue Mrs C with a full response to her complaint and an apology for its failure to respond, within 10 working days.
