Hywel Dda University Health Board
Ms X complained that the Health Board had failed to respond to her complaint about a retrospective claim for NHS Continuing Healthcare funding, which she made to it in April 2022.
The Health Board said there had been some miscommunication in this matter and had believed it was being managed through the legal parties and not a complaint. In settlement of the complaint the Health Board agreed to provide Ms X with a complaint response within 2 weeks.
