Mrs X complained about the Health Board’s failure to undertake an investigation into the concerns raised about the care and treatment her late husband, Mr X received from his GP Practice.
The Ombudsman decided that the Health Board’s complaint response did not fully address the issues raised by Mrs X.
The Ombudsman sought and gained the Health Board’s agreement to provide a response to the outstanding issues within 20 working days
