A GP Practice in the area of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board
Mrs D complained about the care and treatment she received from a GP Practice in the area of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (“the Practice”) following the birth of her son. Mrs D complained that she had not received a response from the Practice to her complaint.
The Practice said it responded to Mrs D on 12 September 2022. Mrs D did not receive the response. The Practice agreed to re-send its complaint response to Mrs D within 4 weeks. The Ombudsman considered that the agreed action resolved Mrs D’s complaint.
